At Sea - January 29, 2025
The big news of the day was that some restrictions were lifted in the restaurants as we seem to be keeping healthy. The serving centers in the Lido were no longer covered in Saran Wrap and you could serve yourself tea/coffee, bread, sandwiches, salads. Etc. Salt and pepper were again on the table as was silverware. In the dining room, the basket of bread was on the table to serve yourself and so was butter and salt and pepper. Hopefully, everyone will continue to take precautions and stay healthy.
1:00 trivia was another hard one. I played with five other ladies and we only got. 9 out of 17 - winners had 15.
I spent most of the day working on the blog after losing the first one. I tried the second one on my laptop and couldn’t find my mouse. I was afraid I had left it at home since I thought all suitcases were empty. I am hopeless with the touchpad. After I had finished everything but the pictures, I made one more search and found it in a pocket of my carryon. Big relief!
7:00 trivia was music of the 60s. I played alone and did poorly, again.
All five of us were back tonight. At the table are Kay, Peggy, Robert, and Bill. We laugh constantly. I couldn’t be happier with my good luck!
The show was a flautist from Poland named Paul Stepien who was very good.
